I wanted to add some personal touches to my packaging but didn't want to spend the money for a custom stamp. So what did I do you ask? Made my own.
Here goes my best shot at a tutorial...
I bought all my supplies from Michaels (Speedy-Carve block, ink pad, Speedball line cutter assortment, a small piece of wood and some mini candle sticks)
I printed my design then traced over it with a pencil. I then put it face down on the carve block and drew over the back transferring the design.
I then carved around it
I glued the candle stick to the wood block to use as a handle the glued on the stamp
moment of truth...
Yay! New personalized bags from Olive Manna...love!
There may or may not be a "P" stamp on everything in our house now.
